To apply for this program, your family must:
- Have at least one child entering Grade 4, Grade 7 or Grade 9 in a New York City public school in September 2007
- Have a family income less than 130% of the federal poverty level (see table below for income ranges)
- Have at least one parent who is a U.S. Citizen or a legal permanent resident
- Live in one of the following designated Community Districts:
